A Guiding Light

In 2016 I experienced an unexpected and sudden loss of my brother/closest ally. This was a challenge I wasn’t sure I would recover from. 

We all know that in order to lead, we must heal the shattered pieces of ourselves and to shamelessly quote Leonard Cohen, “that’s how the light gets in”.

Beauty and Bliss is my lotus, the amazing result of a year in the muck.  A magical culmination of the tools and practices that lifted me from not bothering to brush my teeth to feeling fully expressed + alive.  (I’ve been flossing on the reg…just so you know.)  

I believe these tools can help every woman in the world when life knocks you down. Through their simplicity, I was able to create a “new normal”.

A beautiful life when I wasn’t sure I would recover.  These are the tools I believe every woman in the world should have access to for when life knocks you down.  This is one tiny piece of my life’s work.  And, so I guess the “catch” is that you are partaking in my dream to make the world a more beautiful place.

I know of no greater way to honor my brother than to give this gift to the world.  That’s what this is all about for me.
